Joe has 8+ years of experience growing and developing sales channels, omnichannel marketing, internal communications, program operations, and business development deals with Fortune 100/500 companies and startups. He led the development and execution of marketing programs and drove strategic initiatives with four product launches at Lucid including crowdfunding, retail channels, and Product Hunt.
His areas of expertise are business development, strategic account growth & management, relationship development, solution design, contract negotiation, upselling & cross-selling, strategic & operational leadership, marketing strategy, branding, content, social, web, email, SEO/SEM.

Joe launched global internal programs like SanDisk University, AskHR, tibbr to help improve and optimize the employee experience at SanDisk. Joe is an avid hiker and pending book writer who talks to mission-driven founders to drive best practices for building great companies.
He has also worked with startup accelerators such as StartX (Stanford), Skydeck (Berkeley), Appworks (Software), Lab360 (Hardware), Y Combinator, Shark Tank.
