About Andy Pardoe:
Professor Andy Pardoe is founder and CEO of Informed.AI Group and recently listed as one of the Top 30 AI Influencers for 2017 by IBM Watson. A focus on AI Startups as Managing Partner of Pardoe Ventures and Co-Founder of Combined Intelligence. An Expert Advisor to the All Party Parliamentary Group on Artificial Intelligence and Chair of the Warwick Technology Network.
Pardoe Ventures is focused on helping to grow the next generation of AI Startups. Critical Mass is a growth accelerator for companies at all stages of development. Both are supporting AI companies within the UK to be successful on a global platform.
An IT professional having over 20 years experience with a solid academic foundation (BEng in Computer Systems Engineering, a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and an MBA specializing in Business Transformation and Mergers & Acquisitions) combined with an extensive business and management knowledge across multiple industries (Investment Banking Technology, Retail Commerce & Supply Chain and Multi-media Asset Protection / Network Security). Has operated as an experienced Global Development Manager and Application Owner, delivering many multi-million pound projects with a global development team, and demonstrating a keen understanding of business transformation and change management and how it effects the whole organization.
In 2019, Andy launched his charity foundation to support the advancement of human intelligence, as he sees this just as important as the advancement of artificial intelligence. The profits from his book, the Continuum of Intelligence, will be donated to his foundation.
In 2020, Andy was an advisor to the film documentary We Need to Talk about AI and co-author of The AI Book and is the host of THE AI FUTURE SHOW available as a Podcast and Live Video Talk Show
